Delete your Houszit account

In the app

Open Houszit, go to Settings → Login & Security → Delete account, and enter the code we email you.

Without the app

Enter the email address you sign in with. We send you a code; once you enter it, you can delete your account here.

Deletion is unavailable here right now. Email admin@houszit.com.

What is deleted

• Your login, profile, photos, residential addresses and preferences.
• The properties you own and their listings, photos and viewings. If other people use one of them, you are told first; when you confirm, their access ends and they are let know.
• Your chat messages, your identity check result, and your devices registered for notifications.
• The copy of your identity check held by our verification provider, Smile ID, which we ask them to delete.

What is kept, and why

• Payment and store records for listings you paid to publish, without your name, for tax and refunds.
• A record that you accepted our terms, without your name, as evidence of what was agreed.

Your account is deleted at once. Files and the provider's copy follow within 30 days. Read more in the Privacy Notice. Questions: admin@houszit.com.
